Our property was on the market for a long time, due to it being an old house that had not been modernised. Sandra Davidson were so good, they marketed it so that a lot of people to view the property, and kept us informed of progress the whole way through. They also have an online feature that allows you to see who has viewed the house; comments they have made and whether offers were made or not. We found this really useful because we were able to get an idea of why our property was not selling as fast as it could have done. The staff themselves were always lovely - so polite, helpful and respectful.
