We chose Sandra Davidson Estate Agents because they have local knowledge, and a high- street presence. They arranged plenty of viewings, photography, energy survey and very efficient communications at all times by 'phone, email and letter. They made the whole process of what can be a stressful time, that bit easier. Cheerful and professional staff. Well done and thank you all.

Mr Couzens and Mrs CouzensVendor

We have sold our house and bought the new one through Sandra Davidson Estate Agent. Both experiences have been great. I wouldn’t have gone to view the one we bought if Rizwan hadn’t insisted as he knew it was exactly what I was looking for. Zayed, Ali, Rizwan and Lesley have been brilliant from start to finish! I would definitely recommend.

Our property was on the market for a long time, due to it being an old house that had not been modernised. Sandra Davidson were so good, they marketed it so that a lot of people to view the property, and kept us informed of progress the whole way through. They also have an online feature that allows you to see who has viewed the house; comments they have made and whether offers were made or not. We found this really useful because we were able to get an idea of why our property was not selling as fast as it could have done. The staff themselves were always lovely - so polite, helpful and respectful. We as a family will always remember how kind they were to our dad when he suffered an accident outside their premises years beforehand, not hesitating to rush out and help. We will always be grateful. Their handling of his property during our bereavement was second to none. Thank you.

We have had a really good experience buying with Sandra Davidson Estate Agents. In particular Lesley really helped us through the whole process from the start of our search till the end, even when there were major setbacks (covid-19 and others)! Any time we needed any advice Lesley was quick and efficient to respond. Would highly recommend using Sandra Davidson Estate agents.
