After expressing your interest, you will receive an offer and a lease agreement for your review within 24 hours. Once you approve and a final inspection is successfully completed, we aim to commence the lease within seven days, ensuring your property is ready for new tenants.

Before the lease is finalised, we’ll ask you for a few documents: the Gas Safety Certificate, EPC, Electrical Installation Certificate, Proof of Ownership and Buildings Insurance Policy. These can be supplied easily on request.

Any licences the property needs can be applied for and managed by us on your behalf through Islington Council. We’ll go through each stage with you, from the application to the local authority’s final decision, and then keep an eye on the conditions so the licence terms are never breached.
