Once you’ve indicated your interest, you should receive an offer and lease agreement for your examination within 24 hours. Once you approve, and a final inspection is successfully completed, we should initiate the lease within 7 days – meaning  your property is ready to receive new tenants.

Before finalising the lease, we ask you to submit several documents. This includes the Gas Safety Certificate, EPC, Electrical Installation Certificate, Proof of Ownership, and the Buildings Insurance Policy. These documents can easily be provided upon request.

We can also oversee or apply for the necessary licences on behalf of the landlord. We will advise you each step of the way, and oversee the process from application, to approval, to management. This means we can be absolutely sure the terms of the licence are not breached.
