Upon indicating your interest, anticipate receiving an offer and a lease agreement for your examination within 24 hours. Once you approve and a final inspection is successfully completed, we strive to initiate the lease within seven days, ensuring your property is ready for your new tenants.

Before finalizing the lease, we kindly ask for the submission of several documents, including the Gas Safety Certificate, EPC, Electrical Installation Certificate, Proof of Ownership, and the Buildings Insurance Policy. These documents can be readily provided upon request for your convenience.

We can also oversee or apply for the necessary licences on behalf of the landlord. We will advise you each step of the way, and oversee the process from application to approval to management, ensuring the terms of the licence are not breached.

We carry out the day-to-day management and the monthly inspections of your property and forward a copy of the report to you to ensure that your property remains at a high standard.
