Before finalising the lease, we kindly ask for the submission of several documents, including the Gas Safety Certificate, EPC, Electrical Installation Certificate, Proof of Ownership, and the Buildings Insurance Policy. These documents can be readily provided upon request for your convenience.

We can handle obtaining any required licenses for landlords, providing guidance throughout the process, from submitting applications to securing approvals and managing compliance with license conditions.
