Excellent service from start to finish! The team were patient throughout; nothing was too much trouble. They made the whole experience manageable and stress-free. I cannot be more grateful. Thank you.

From start to finish in renting out my flat Sandra Davidson have provided a wonderful and supportive service. Being a first-time landlord it can be daunting with getting things in place but the staff were always very extremely helpful to the point you think what's the catch!! They are genuinely a great company and I'm happy I used their services compared to another company I came across online.

We chose Sandra Davidson Estate Agents because they have local knowledge, and a high- street presence. They arranged plenty of viewings, photography, energy survey and very efficient communications at all times by 'phone, email and letter. They made the whole process of what can be a stressful time, that bit easier. Cheerful and professional staff. Well done and thank you all.

We have had a really good experience buying with Sandra Davidson Estate Agents. In particular Lesley really helped us through the whole process from the start of our search till the end, even when there were major setbacks (covid-19 and others)! Any time we needed any advice Lesley was quick and efficient to respond. Would highly recommend using Sandra Davidson Estate agents.

Hello! My name is Rhipa and I am the buyer of 45 De Havilland Sq Piper Way property. I would like to specifically mention your Employee Manager Zaid who has done a tremendous job in helping me purchase my first ever property. My personal experience with my first time solicitors was awful and during this time I really do appreciate Zaid helping me by calling me and updating me into what was happening and what was I expecting etc. He took efficient time to explain me my raised enquiries when my solicitors didn't. It is really great to have such caring customer assistants during this pandemic as they way my case was going, anyone would have lost the plot. I do want to take this opportunity to thank you Zaid and your Team for doing everything you possibly did for me and the seller! Being a People Supervisor myself I know and understand the lengths we go to make someone happy or taking the time to sort things out quickly - really appreciate it...thank you! Hope to swing by to say many thanks face to face as I live close by haha
