After you indicate your interest, we’ll provide you with an offer and lease contract to examine within one business day. Following your agreement and a satisfactory final property check, we strive to begin the rental period within a week, ensuring your property is ready for incoming tenants.

Before finalising the lease, you’ll need to submit several documents including the Gas Safety Certificate, EPC, Electrical Installation Certificate, Proof of Ownership, and the Buildings Insurance Policy. These documents can be provided upon request for your convenience.

We’re also able to manage or submit applications for required permits on the property owner’s behalf. We’ll provide guidance throughout each phase and supervise the entire process from initial application through approval and ongoing management, making certain all license conditions are continuously met and maintained.
