The Harrow was an exciting new development of 8 x flats including duplexes and 5 x houses, located just off Ripple Road in Barking. These modern, contemporary range of properties are ideally located for those needing access to Barking town centre. Ripple Road leads on to the A13 for those wishing to commute into the City of London, London City Airport and Dockland’s Canary Wharf.
We provided services to enhance the scheme to obtain planning permission, completed the development and sold all the units. The aim was to produce homes ideal for discerning professionals working in London and seeking all the advantages of their own new home.
