After expressing your interest, you will receive an offer and a lease agreement for your review within 24 hours. Once you approve and a final inspection is successfully completed, we aim to commence the lease within seven days, ensuring your property is ready for new tenants.

Before finalising the lease, we kindly ask for the submission of several documents: the Gas Safety Certificate, EPC, Electrical Installation Certificate, Proof of Ownership, and Buildings Insurance Policy. These documents can be easily provided upon request for your convenience.

We can also manage or apply for the necessary licenses on behalf of the landlord. We will guide you through each step of the process, handling everything from application to approval to ongoing compliance, ensuring the terms of the license are not breached.
